The founders of Psi Phi Nu Fraternity, Inc. envisioned a brotherhood built on spreading and sharing knowledge. Here at Psi Phi Nu, we believe sharing knowledge helps build a strong community! The Founders wants an organization to help foster brotherhood so each man could reach his full potential without ANY limitations.
Psi Phi Nu is a leadership organization that strives to empower its members to become leaders in their communities. Through Psi Phi Nu, we provide educational services for literacy skills as well as problem-solving techniques for life’s challenges. Psi Phi Nu teaches critical thinking, which enables our members to make informed decisions in all aspects of their lives, whether important or not (both now & in the future). We also offer life guidance and knowledge-based tools, which helps in making more effective choices in regards to which path could potentially lead towards success in all areas. Furthermore, the members have access to the tools needed to create healthy relationships while using their talents strategically for the benefit of society.
Our Men’s Leadership Program prepares our men for everyday leadership roles by providing an enriching experience to explore a new interest, face challenges, form new friendships, and make long-lasting community contributions.

D'Shane Smith is a professional with a heart for community. He is a multifaceted leader committed to excellence and a dedicated professional with over 25 years in the mortgage industry. His impressive career encompasses roles in real estate, title, and upper management, showcasing his extensive expertise and leadership.
D'Shane's love for music led him to explore the music industry deeply. He holds a Broadcasting Certification in television, film, and radio from CSB Media Arts Center. His contributions to the local music scene are noteworthy, having been instrumental in numerous music productions and writing his own compositions. Married for 19 years, D'Shane is a proud father of three children. His commitment to family values extends to his community involvement. He is an active member of his church, serving diligently in the A.V.L. Department.
Beyond his professional and musical achievements, D'Shane is passionate about youth development. He has volunteered as a youth sports coach, mentoring young athletes in football and soccer. His dedication to helping youth reach their potential is a source of great joy and fulfillment for him.

Joseph Kelly has built an extraordinary career that spans multiple industries, showcasing his diverse talents and passion for leadership. He is an ordained minister and a certified pastoral counselor specializing in temperament therapy. His deep commitment to helping others is evident not only in his spiritual guidance but also in his role as a youth minister, where he served for five years, fostering the growth and purpose of the younger generation.
With a degree in sound recording and a focus on the business side of music, Joseph is an accomplished songwriter and recording artist. He has released several independent projects, underlining his creative talent and dedication to his craft. As an on-air radio personality for Magic 102.9 in Shreveport, La, Joseph hosts the top weekend show in the area. His engaging presence on the airwaves has made him a beloved local figure.
Joseph has held significant leadership roles at major companies such as The Home Depot, General Motors, and currently, General Electric. His experience in these positions highlights his strategic thinking and ability to lead large teams effectively.
Married for over 18 years with two children, Joseph and his wife are devoted to mentoring newly married couples, sharing their insights and experiences to help others build strong, lasting relationships.
Joseph is not just a member but a driving force in making Psi Phi Nu the best fraternity it can be. His enthusiasm, combined with his diverse background and leadership skills, makes him an invaluable asset to our community.
Gerald Bennett is a retired Air Force and Air National Guard veteran, a former Deputy Sheriff, and an Investigator with a rich background in leadership. His career spans roles as an Executive Team Leader at Target Corporation and a Licensed Minister. Gerald is also an accomplished writer and published author.
Beyond his professional achievements, Gerald is a proud father of three and a grandfather to five. His heartfelt commitment lies in advocating for the disabled and supporting those who feel oppressed.
Gerald's involvement with Psi Phi Nu underscores his belief in the power of positive brotherhood. He sees it as a unique opportunity for members to express the best versions of themselves while driving meaningful change in their communities and beyond.
Clifford Avery brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to our community. With over 20 years of service in the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant, Clifford has honed his decision-making skills to perfection. His dedication to service didn't stop there—he also holds an Associate of Science in Psychology, providing him with a deep understanding of the human mind.
After his military career, Clifford served as a Training Administrator for Raytheon for an impressive 22 years. His expertise in training and development was invaluable. He made a significant contribution to employee development by actively supporting numerous colleagues in their pursuit of further education. Clifford's dedication to employee growth extended beyond formal education and mentorship programs. He actively encouraged a culture of continuous learning within the organization by regularly organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees at all levels.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Clifford is the Pastor of ASLCM, where his passion for guiding and mentoring shines through. He also co-founded Greater Calvary Baptist Church, a thriving community that has been making a positive impact for 55 years.
Clifford Avery is not just a leader but a mentor, always eager to share his knowledge and experiences with others. He believes that mentoring proves beneficial for both parties involved. The mentees gain valuable insight from the mentors’ experiences, while giving the mentors the opportunity to refine their leadership skills and pass on knowledge that they have acquired throughout their lives.

Rossia tirelessly advocates for families, ensuring they receive the necessary protection and support. Beyond her professional achievements, Rossia serves as Co-Pastor of ASLCM, where she brings empathy and leadership to her community. She also dedicates her spare time to assisting veterans in navigating the VA disability process, showcasing her unwavering commitment to service and advocacy.

With a Master of Science in Health Management, specializing in Informatics, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Business Development, Shaun brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community.
With over 25 years of expertise in nursing home operations, home health quality assurance, and business consulting, Shaun's professional background is both diverse and impressive. Beyond her extensive industry experience, she excels as a personal and professional strategist, offering invaluable insights and guidance. In addition to Shaun's exceptional qualifications and unparalleled dedication, has allowed her to nurture future leaders.
Shaun believes that strong leadership is crucial for any organization's success. As the Founder of Theta Zeta Epsilon Sorority, Inc., she has established a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and growth within the organization.
